Event Details
We are excited to announce that we have set up roundtrip transportation, meals, housing package, and conference ticket for the all inclusive cost of $90.
The package is open and available to EVERYONE, regardless of institutional affiliation.
Package includes:
-Round Trip Transportation from UC Irvine to UC Davis
-Hotel (shared with 3 others same sex) at 4 star hotel
-Conference Ticket
-6 Meals (3 on Sat, 3 on Sun)
This is a limited package and it is on first come, first served bases. The package is open to ALL students regardless of campus of origin. As long as you are registered, you can be part of the group.
Last day to register for this package is Friday October 1, 2011 at 11:59pm or until sold out.
There are absolutely NO REFUNDS, NO Transfers, or exchange of tickets. You must be present ON time at departure from each campus and on return from UC Davis.
Each ticket is bar-coded to each individual.
The Bus will leave each campus at 10pm on Friday October 7, 2011 and leave UC Davis to the campus of origin on Sunday October 9, 2010 at 6pm.
